Ambassadors

Are the official greeters of the Chamber by supporting members with events like ribbon cuttings, grand openings, groundbreakings, and business-after-hours events. Meetings are held monthly.



Business Education Workforce Development

Assists Chamber members in Business Development Issues, Workforce Development Issues, and Education Issues as they relate to business and workforce development for long-term prosperity. Meetings are held monthly.



Governmental Affairs

The Governmental Affairs Committee influences local, state, and federal officials who develop/enact public policy in order to enhance the business climate for our members. Meetings are held weekly from January to April and monthly from May to December.

Local Issues

Coordinates member involvement and advises members of the Chamber regarding transportation issues involving the City of Post Falls. Meetings are held on an as-needed basis.



Tourism

Promotes Post Falls as a destination for leisure, events, sports, tour and group travelers. They develop the scope of work for ITC grant requests. Meetings are held quarterly.



Special Events

The Chamber will sponsor or participate in a variety of special events throughout the year including the Community Business Fair, Northwest Gala, Recognition Banquet, Golf Tournament, Kootenai County Job Fair, Post Falls Days Parade, Post Falls Junior Miss, the Community Picnic and more.  Volunteer opportunities are always out there.
