Pam Houser
President/CEO
Pam has been a resident of north Idaho for most of her life. She is an expert on things to see and do in Post Falls and the surrounding area. Pam loves the outdoors and adventure and can suggest a number of activities from hiking, camping and river rafting to resort stays, dining opportunities or lake cruises. When she’s not at work, she enjoys vacationing in her own back yard as well as abroad (ask her about her trip to China.) Pam has attended or participated in dozens of special events in our area.
Jame’ Davis
Vice President of Tourism
Jame’ is a native of Lewiston, Idaho and lived in southern Idaho before coming to Post Falls in 2006 with her husband and children to make their home. She’s an enthusiastic and avid runner and triathlete who enjoys the exceptional lifestyle and activities found in Post Falls and the surrounding area. Her background and education in marketing makes Jame’ the ideal ambassador and point-person for finding family-friendly things to do.
Deb Wheeler
Administrative Assistant
Deb was born and raised in eastern Washington and spent a lot of time on her grandparents farm near Coeur‘d Alene. After attending school at EWU and University of Wyoming, she settled in Jackson Hole and spent more than 25 years in the travel and tourism industry. Deb is knowledgeable about the Inland Northwest, including Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming and is always happy to share her expertise with travelers.
Willi Buerge
Visitor Center Receptionist
Willi is a third generation north Idaho native. When you enter the Post Falls Visitor Center in the City Center Campus, you’ll find Willi with a smile on her face waiting to assist you. She has a plethora of resources to help you plan a great stay in our area and is always pleased to share her knowledge and suggestions. Willi can assist with directions, telephone numbers or websites of our many destinations and hot spots.
