    The purpose of RCLA is to identify and
    involve tomorrow’s leaders.  Our goal is for you to gain leadership skills within yourself,
    while creating effective changes in the future of our community.  Since 2009, RCLA has had over 90 top leaders from our community graduate and continue to refer other leaders to our academy.

  • Part 1:  Discovery
    Explore Your Community 
    Explore and discover Post Falls, Kootenai County and Idaho treasures.  Learn about current issues, hot topics and opportunities that affect us as citizens and business leaders.  A full day is dedicated to the topics listed below:

    Part 2:  Education
    Customized Classroom Training
    In addition to the 80 hours of community exploration, the Post Falls Chamber is proud to provide 16 hours of customized classroom training led by a personal development coach and certified facilitator. (4 evening classes)

    ·         Clarifying Performance Expectations
    ·         Building Team Pride and Purpose
    ·         Developing Team Agility (Day to Day Tools)

                           Gain Leadership skills within yourself and then lead others.
